The kind of projects assigned to teams can range from cleaning schools to yard work, to painting and construction, and playing with younger children and visiting the elderly.

Every church is responsible for their student, providing 1 adult for every 5 students they bring. Additionally, we run background checks on all adults that work in close proximity with students. We also have implemented a Child Protection Policy.

Rising 9th grades through graduated 12th graders from any of the participating churches.

It's random, mostly. Work Teams include leaders and students from different churches. Students, however, can request another student to be on their work team at the time of registration.

The terms Full-Time Adult and Team Leader are interchangeable. Our Full-Time Adults/Team Leaders are from the churches that are participating and they help lead work teams during the week, including driving students to and from events.
